Returns & Exchanges

At French Meadows, we want you to feel as timeless as our designs; if your garment doesn't fit perfectly, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your garments and place them in the original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
